Affiliate Providers

Becoming a HelpNet Affiliate Provider
A HelpNet Affiliate Provider must have a minimum of a Master's degree in a human services related field, be licensed and/or certified in the state in which he or she practices, and have a minimum of three (3) years post-Master's degree experience in clinical work.

Affiliate Provider Credentialing Process

HelpNet utilizes the expertise of Network Advantage Services (NAS) for its credentialing and contracting services for its national EAP network.  Affiliate providers credentialing and contracting through NAS have the opportunity to participate in any of their client panels.

Enrolling online is fast and easy and allows affiliate providers 24 hour access to update and control specific information in their profile.  Before becoming part of NAS, provider credentials are verified through a process that mirrors the standards for credentialing set forth by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for primary source verification.

To learn more about NAS, call the Provider Relations Customer Service Line at (866) 707-5389.  NAS is administered by Workplace Options, a global leader in EAP support services.
